Kick off 2009 with a challenge. Get smart and get qualified with the Australasian Promotional Marketing Association's (APMA's) Institute of Sales Promotion (ISP) Diploma in Promotional and Interactive Marketing.
Registrations for the 2009 intake of APMA's internationally acclaimed course are now open.
The first of its kind in the Australian and New Zealand markets, APMA's ISP Diploma is the definitive Promotional and Interactive Marketing qualification designed for people already working in the industry. Covering the role of promotional and interactive marketing, techniques, codes, legalities and project management, enrolments in the APMA ISP course have grown steadily since its launch in 2005 with record numbers received in the 2008 intake.
"APMA's four month part-time online course provides an intensive introduction to promotional and interactive marketing in Australasia and is offered in conjunction with the widely renowned ISP course in the UK," said Kylie Green, APMA Chairperson.
'In a time when brands are increasingly seeking marketing campaigns that provide ROI, the ISP Diploma is the perfect tool to provide individuals with the added skills to enable them to deliver innovative and cost effective solutions. The value of the course on an individual level is clear with 95% of students enrolled this year stating that the course had given them valuable new tools that will help them be more effective workers in the future," said Kylie.
"We currently operate in tough market conditions. This is a period when historically the promotions industry comes into its own for those smart enough to recognise the opportunity. The really smart promotion professionals make sure that they have the ISP qualifications as a testament to being just that much smarter. So get smart - get qualified - get paid more and enjoy the market opportunity," said Colin Lloyd, President of the ISP, Former President of the DMA and founder of KLP.
"We have always had impressive registration numbers for our Diploma and we expect the next intake to be no different. In 2009 we will see the APMA ISP Diploma renamed the APMA ISP Diploma in Promotional and Interactive Marketing with the addition of some exciting new modules," said Kylie Green, APMA Chairperson.
Registrations for the 2009 APMA ISP Diploma in Promotional and Interactive Marketing are now open with the closing date 30th January, 2009. For further information, visit www.apma.com or alternatively email Alan Riva, APMA Education Portfolio Manager at alan@apma.com.
