I've recently got my heart broken by my girlfriend or should I sayex-girlfriend. It's been really difficult for me to let her go and I thinkabout her all the time. I try to talk to her but she doesn't want to, and I'm doing enough of my part to keep this relationship going or whatever is left of it anyway.
She never even gave me a hint about breaking up because just a few weeks agoshe was so in love with me and now I'm like a nobody in her life. Myquestion is how did this happen? And how do I even start to move on andbegin forgetting her?
Charmaine:I'm very sorry. I don't know your age but let me just say that every humanbeing goes through this at least once in a lifetime. It's very painful butthe most cruel part is caused by holding on. So, my advice to you, which youprobably don't want to hear, is - let go. The sooner you let go, grieve andgradually heal, the sooner you will eventually be able to get on with yourlife.
It's no good going on as you are right now because you're the only oneputting effort into the relationship which means it's unhealthy.
