Ingredients
1 x 200g packet Aeroplane Sweet Treats Chocolate Mousse
2 cups (500ml) milk
Method
1. Empty the Aeroplane Sweet Treats Chocolate Mousse mix sachet contents and milk into a mixing bowl.
2. Using the electric hand mixer beat on LOW speed for 30secs until just combined. Increase speed to HIGH and beat for 2 ½ mins until mousse is thick and creamy.
3. Spoon mousse into 6 individual serving cups.
4. Serve immediately for a creamy mousse or CHILL for 1-2 hours to create a firmer set mousse.
