Cheesy Cherry Tomato Quiches

Ingredients
2 sheets frozen puff pastry, partially thawed
4 eggs
¼ cup milk
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
50g goat's cheese
200g cherry truss tomatoes, cut into 4 bunches

Method
Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Place a baking tray in the oven. Grease four Pyrex Platinum 12cm Loose Base Tartlets.
Cut four 14cm circles from pastry. Use pastry circles to line prepared pans. Whisk egg, milk, tasty cheese and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in goat's cheese. Divide mixture among pans. Top with tomatoes.
Place in oven on baking tray. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until pastry is golden and filling is set. Cool 5 minutes. Serve.
