Makes 1 x 25cm flan
Ingredients
Filling 1
1 store-bought or home-made pastry case
3-4 nectarines or peaches, thinly sliced
3 teaspoons gelatine
3 tablespoons water
2 ½ cups Jalna Sweet & Creamy Greek Yoghurt
Method
Place water in a heatproof cup and sprinkle gelatine over the top. Stand for 5 minutes. Place cup in small saucepan with enough water to come halfway up the cup. Place over a low heat and warm until gelatine has dissolved.
Remove cup from saucepan and whisk gelatine into yoghurt. Spread over pastry case and arrange fruit slices on top.

Method
Combine yoghurt and custard. Spread over pastry case and arrange fruit slices on top.
